About Teacher Self-Care Conference
The average teacher makes roughly 1,500 decisions per day. With the overwhelming weight of these decisions and lack of training on how to process them, there’s no wonder that teachers are citing stress as one of the major decisions to leave education. But what if things could be different? What if teachers had a safe space to collaborate with others around mental health? Through structured programming, self-care resources and research, the Teacher Self-Care Conference equips educators with tools to navigate through the highs and lows of the classroom, while ensuring that their mental health remains at the forefront of not only their careers but their lives.
